About Cyber Due Diligence
Cyber Due Diligence is a service operated by CyPro Consulting Ltd with one remit: give private equity investors, corporate acquirers and their advisers a clear, independent view of the cyber and technology risk in a target, and publish the indicative cost of getting it before anybody has to call.
The work is delivered in-house by CyPro's 3DD practice. 3DD is CyPro's own due-diligence methodology, and the consultants who scope your review are the same people who deliver it, from the data room and management interviews through to the report that lands in front of your investment committee. There is no point at which your review is handed to a third party, and no reseller sitting between you and the people doing the work.
CyPro is a UK cyber security consultancy whose day-to-day work spans 24/7 security operations, CREST penetration testing, incident response, virtual CISO cover and certification support. That bench matters here: the people reviewing a target sit beside those who exploit the same weaknesses in authorised tests and clean up after them in real incidents, which keeps our findings grounded in what attackers actually do to businesses like the one you are buying.
