Privacy notice
The short version: the only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us about your deal, we use it solely to deal with that enquiry, and we delete it once it has served its purpose.
Who we are
CyPro Consulting Ltd operates Cyber Due Diligence and this website, and delivers the service through its in-house 3DD practice. For any personal data submitted on cyberduediligence.co.uk, CyPro Consulting Ltd acts as the data controller.
What we collect, and why
Submitting the enquiry form or booking a call passes us the fields you complete: your name, work email address, company, an optional phone number and whatever you tell us about the deal. That information is held for two purposes only: to respond to your enquiry, and to carry out any due diligence you go on to instruct. You will not be added to a marketing list, your details will not be sold, and nothing is passed to a third party for its own purposes.
Cookies
Nothing beyond the essentials loads until you accept on the consent banner. If you allow analytics, they serve a single purpose: telling us which pages deal teams actually read. Declining them changes nothing about how the site works for you.
Spam protection
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which separates real visitors from bots by looking at technical signals from your visit, including your IP address and browser details. Cloudflare describes that processing in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Retention
We keep your enquiry details for as long as the conversation, or any due-diligence engagement that follows, remains active. When that comes to an end, they are deleted in line with CyPro Consulting Ltd's retention schedule.
Your rights
You have the full set of UK GDPR rights: to see the data we hold, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict how it is used, or to object to the processing entirely. To exercise any of them, get in touch through the contact page and we will come back to you promptly.
